When it comes to weekend splurges, I could not ask for anything more than the contents of this mug: melty chocolate fudge, gooey and lightly toasted marshmallows, and a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs. Recipe and image via How Sweet Eats.
Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (mine was dark cocoa, hence the dark color)
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate (chopped or morsels)
marshmallow fluff, cream or actual marshmallows
