Prep and Cook Time: 20 minutes Serves 1 // Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian

• 3 fresh purple figs
• 3 tbls raw honey
• 1 tbls balsamic vinegar

1. Preheat oven at 350F. Cut a cross on the top of each fig, but don’t slice all the way through them. Squeeze the figs from the bottom to open them and place on a roasting try. Spoon a teaspoon of honey into each one, then bake in the oven for 10 minutes

2. Remove from the oven, drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.

  • Hey Ashley sorry to be the jerk to correct you but if you haven’t been told already, honey isn’t vegan…you could probably substitute the honey for something like Agave syrup though
