Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup kefir (nay substitute low-fat buttermilk (1%) or plain yogurt)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup honey or agave
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Berry Icing
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
