It’s really lovely out and I think we all deserve a cocktail. Are you a fan of rum? You will be after you mix this drink.
Ingredients
2oz Caliche Rum
3 – 6 oz Cilantro Leaves
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until well chilled approximately 15 seconds, strain into a chilled martini or cocktail coupe. Garnish with a cilantro leaf. Enjoy!
