If you haven’t gotten into rum yet, you do not know what you’re missing. Rum is definitely having a moment this summer and why not kick off your weekend with a perfectly blended mojito. This is one of my favorite recipes and it’s only 184 calories.
Ingredients
2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Agave Nectar
8 mint leaves
Crushed ice on top
Optional Garnish: Mint Sprig
Descriptions
In a mixing glass, lightly muddle the mint. Add the remaining ingredients fill with ice and shake until well chilled, strain into an ice filled highball glass, top with the crushed ice, and garnish.
