Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar [125 grams]
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour [95 grams]
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats [65 grams]
