Since we’ve all made a resolution to finally stop eating like a pig this year, I’ll spare you my usual parade of butter filled, super delicious and fattening food … for this week. Get a healthy jump on your diet this week by making yourself this awesome fruit salad.
Ingredients
5 naval oranges, peeled and cubed
2 large bananas (not too ripe!)
1 can crushed pineapple, with juices
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a nice serving bowl, toss and serve! It tastes great slightly chilled.

I tried this. It’s very good. Although – New Year’s Resolutions in view – Cool whip on top would have tasted even better. (smile)
