I think I’m going through a weird holiday truffle recipe phase (see yesterday’s Thin Mint Truffles), and I’m bringing you all down with me. It’s ok though- ’tis the season to be allowed to eat all varieties of truffles. Recipe and image via McCormick.
Ingredients:
1 pound white baking chocolate, divided
4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon imitation rum extract
Additional nutmeg for sprinkling
