Here’s a fun twist on a holiday cookie favorite. Let’s just say it a Gingerbread cookie for grown ups. A cookie you can drink.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Stolichnaya Vanilla vodka
1 oz Cinnamon stick infused vodka *
1 oz Heavy cream
.5 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
Fresh nutmeg
Directions
Place all ingredients in ice filled mixing glass, shake, strain into martini glass. Finish with one scrape of fresh nutmeg for garnish.
(*Homemade version can be made by infusing one liter of vodka for 7-10 days with 4 cinnamon sticks. Store bought cinnamon vodka can be used substituted).
