Who knew gluten free, dairy free & egg free pancakes would rock this hard??

Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Egg Free – Chocolate Chunk Pancakes

makes about 8 small pancakes and 4 medium sized ones

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Gluten Free Multi – Purpose Flower
  • ½  cup of Rolled Oats
  • 2 teaspoons of Xantham Gum
  • ¼ of a Chocolate Bar

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • ½ cup of Agave

Instructions:

  • Smash up chocolate bar.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another one.
  • Mix both together into one large bowl.
  • Warm your pan up on a low flame with some olive oil.
  • Add your pancake mixture to the pan.
  • Flip once you see color on the pancake under side.
  • Once they are done take out of pan and make some more.
