I’m totally obsessed with this cocktail from The Summit Bar. In fact, it’s probably my favorite cocktail in Manhattan. It’s made with tequila but it doesn’t taste like girly alcohol. I can’t wait to drink one later tonight. Happy Friday, y’all.
Ingredients
1 cucumber slice, muddled
2 oz. Corralejo Anejo Tequila
3⁄4 oz. red pepper purée (made in blender)
1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
3⁄4 oz. agave nectar
Dash of orange bitters (try Fee Brothers homemade version)
Directions
Shake and then strain into double old fashioned glass garnished with hickory salt on half of the rim.
