Homemade Hummus and Gluten-Free Brown Rice Snaps
Hummus Ingredients:
- 1 can of Garbanzo Beans
- ¾ of a clove of crushed Garlic
- ½ a Lemon
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ground Lemon Pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons of Olive Oil
Brown Rice Snaps:
- Black Sesame (best flavor they make in my opinion)
Put all of your hummus ingredients into the food processor and slowly blend them.
When it’s the right consistency of your liking take the hummus out and put on a plate with a little pool of olive oil on top.
Take your delicious crackers, dip them and enjoy.
