Yum Alert: Minted Lime Licuado

HOlllaaaaa, it’s the weekend!  Perfect way to kick off the 3 day long debauchery.

Minted Lime Licuado

Yields 1 2-cup serving

1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate
3 tablespoons (small handful) mint leaves
1 cup water
5-6 large ice cubes

In a blender, combine limeade, mint leaves, water, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cold glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!
