To even further the mental stability possibilities — this recipe involves Nutella, and is no-bake. No chances to burn your wrist watch. LESS chances to stain your shirt. 100% chance of chocolatey success.
No-Bake Nutella Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 & 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 cups rolled oats
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.Reduce heat and continue to boil for 3 minutes, still stirring.
- Remove from heat and add Vanilla.
- Add Nutella.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop quickly onto waxed paper and allow cookies to cool and set.

-1/2 cup milk (any kind you drink, almond, soy, rice, etc)
-1 & 3/4 cups sugar (i used just 3/4 cup total to cut sugar)
-1/2 cup cocoa
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/2 cup Nutella (or peanut butter, almond butter for vegans)
-3 cups rolled oats (old fashioned, not instant)
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter/coconut oil, milk, sugar, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.Reduce heat and continue to boil for 3 minutes, still stirring.

Add Nutella/peanut butter.
Add oats and mix well.
Drop quickly onto waxed paper and allow cookies to cool and set.
