Grapefruit juice + St. Germain is the new warm weather cocktail combo.Get with it. The Patio Spritz cocktail from NYC’s Spice Market is the type of drink you’d want to sip on…well, a patio. If don’t happen to find yourself in the Meatpacking District, you can make the Patio Spritz at home with the recipe below.

Ingredients:

.75 oz Aperol

.5 oz St.Germain

.75 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice

2.0 oz Cava Dibon NV Reserve

3 Dashes ‘Elemakule Tiki’ Bitters

Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Thai Basil Flower

Add Aperol, St.Germain, and grapefruit juice in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with cava and stir. Add bitters and stir with bar spoon once again. Garnish with lemon wheel and Thai basil flower.
