For the Tart dough:
2 cups almond flour
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
For the Tart filling:
6 ounces fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground black pepper
Fine sea salt
1 1/2 cups frozen or shelled English peas
1 cup of micro greens (for garnish)
