Pistachios and goji berries are two (of the many) foods I could eat incessantly. This pistachio goji berry granola recipe will make it difficult to resist seconds, however I can’t wait to try it! Ingredients:
Yields 2 cups
- 1 cup rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup goji berries
