1 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
vegetable oil, for frying

2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup salted caramel sauce
3 tbsp milk
