I really cannot believe that these dreamlike brownies contain no butter or oil. Some things in life you just never understand. These would make an excellent post-workout guilt-free treat. Recipe and image via Sally’s Baking Addiction.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 oz. low fat vanilla yogurt (could use fat free)
1/4 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
