Filling:
1/2 cup pitted packed dates
1/2 cup SO Delicious vanilla coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin puree
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Crust:
2/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup pitted, packed dates
1/4 cup dried shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
1-2 teaspoons water or vanilla
