3. Himalayan Pink Salt for table salt

Table salt is pretty horrendous; its processing strips away iodine mineral found in unrefined salt — which is essential for thyroid and metabolism health, contains additives such as MSG, and uses chemical bleach to make a white color (no, salt is not naturally white). It’s also been linked to high blood pressure, Diabetes, and obesity. Himalayan pink salt, on the other hand, is one of the most nutritious ways you could season your food (read my post about it, here) as it helps lower your blood pressure, strengthen your bones, and balance your body’s pH. It’s also delicious!
