2. Stevia for sugar

We all know by now that sugar is best to be avoided; it seems to be challenging, though, to enjoy sweet treats or bake your own without it. Stevia, however, a sweetener derived from the stevia leaf, is 100% natural, calorie-free, and has a glycemic index number of 0; it has absolutely no effect on your blood sugar levels, and thus, makes an excellent substitute for sugar. Stevia, in other words, won’t  give you a “sugar crash,” let alone, any of the side effects which come with consuming sugar.
