I used to cross stitch. That was before I knew about hair straighteners, makeup, and Invisalign. Don’t write off cross stitching as something you only did in your ugly middle school phase in home economics, or as something reserved for your social media-oblivious grandmother. Cross stitching is art, thus there are no rules. In other words, there is no one stopping you from diligently sewing gangsta rap lyrics onto delicate fabric to display over your hearth.
