5 Ways You Know You’re from New Jersey

Does your baby jam out to Jersey music?!

1) You swear up and down that you’re from the “nice part” when you tell people you’re from New Jersey. You throw in commentary about having a great backyard and the excellent public school system just to beef up your argument.

2) You spent at least 50% of your high school weekends at some mall, presumably in Paramus.

3) Greek diner food reminds you of home because your mom doesn’t cook… but there’s a diner within walking distance of your house.

4) If you’re a male, you have a some variety of an Asian fetish. But who can blame you? You’re so close to Fort Lee!

  • Pretty accurate. You just forgot that we are quick to state that the Jersey Shore that we go to is nothing like the parts that you see on “that” tv show.
