Who really is Beyoncé? Yeah she’s a singer, actress, and icon of our generation, also she is married to Jay-Z, and mamma to Blue Ivy Carter. I know we are all curious to see what she really is like behind closed doors, and in early 2013 her documentary will shed some light on the beautiful sensation.
Beyonce Knowles is the focus of a new documentary that will air on HBO in 2013. Not only is she starring in it, but she will direct it herself. Adding film director to her long list of talents!
“Everybody knows Beyoncé’s music, but few know Beyoncé the person,” said Michael Lombardo, HBO president of programming, in a statement about the film. “Along with electrifying footage of Beyoncé onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman.”
“HBO has a history of pushing every boundary with class and authenticity,” said Beyoncé in a statement. “Some of my favorite shows are on HBO, so I am excited that my film will be part of its bold programming. This film was so personal to me, it had to have the right home.” Her speaking so highly of the documentary outcome excites us and we can;t wait to see the final product!
