Dear People of America,
We should consider legalizing gay marriage for the potentially life-saving effects gay bridal registries will have on the American economy. If for no other reason (seriously, let’s even leave civil rights out of this for a second), American industry will flourish again the way it did just after the 2nd World War. I even suspect the people at Crate & Barrel and Tiffany have probably hired lobbyists in DC to push for gay marriage rights.
