Amp up date night with this seductive dessert

Peaches & Cream not only reminds me of my childhood & innocent snack breaks… but it reminds me of shakin’ my ass at da club in high school to the infamous 112 song that everyone loved to love.  This is the perfect mix of these beautiful times.

Boozy Peaches & Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 ripened peaches
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 teaspoons bourbon
  • handful toasted pecans

Directions:

Toss 3 sliced peaches with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract; set aside until juicy, about 30 minutes. Whip 1 cup heavy cream until it thickens, then beat in 4 teaspoons brown sugar. Add 4 teaspoons bourbon and beat until soft peaks form. Layer the peaches and cream in dessert glasses; top with toasted pecans.
