Blood-Orange & Pomegranate Mimosa

We’re celebrating Steph‘s birthday this weekend – and I’m fairly sure this will be included in our brunch spectacular. Thanks, Little Yellow Kitchen!

Blood Orange Pomegranate Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • pomegranate juice, such as POM
  • blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • sparkling wine or champagne

Directions:

  1. Fill 1/3 of the glass with blood-orange juice.
  2. Add in a splash or two of pomegranate juice.
  3. Top off with with the bubbly
  4. Sip, drink, or gulp. However you enjoy it!
