If you’re into fitness like I am, then you know weight training is just as important as hitting the elliptical. You probably also know that building muscle through weight training will help you burn more calories than cardio alone. In fact, combining weight training with cardio will help you burn even more calories. Basically, what I’m trying to say is that if you want to get own to your weight goal, you’re going to need to keep up with your weight training. I love these collapsable bells because you can take them anywhere. Just fill them up with water and get to curling and lifting.
