Chanel really does know how to put an interesting twist on ordinary objects (re: the Chanel huge hull a hoop bag!) Now, the luxury brand has taken the term “playful” to an entirely different level by creating clutches that resemble everyone’s favorite childhood toy.
Karl Lagerfeld presented a small selection of Lego handbags during the Spring/Summer 2013 shows. After Paris Fashion Week the hype around the hola-hoop bag was so big that we almost forgot to present this little treasure. It seems as if Karl Lagerfeld had fun creating this collection and took inspiration from his childhood. The green Chanel clutch is a little much for my taste, but the black and clear clutch featured below would be worn by me on a regular basis.
