Manolo Blahnik, 40 years of Glamour

Quick! If you had to choose between going to Paris or owning Manolo Blahniks which would you choose?

Luckily, you don’t have to choose because Manolo Blahnik has opened a shoe exhibition in Paris at the Printemps Haussmann Women’s Store.

The exhibition, designed as a stroll through the brand’s history, will gather together the brand’s most historic models as well as Mr. Blahnik’s personal favorites on 2nd floor of Women’s Store. A dozen themes will be presented including Spain, nature, modernism, Russia and so on.

To mark this occasion, Manolo Blahnik is re-releasing, exclusively for Printemps Haussmann, one of its most iconic models: the “Ossie”, the tread is signed “Manolo Blahnik for Printemps”. First known as the Ivy, this model was designed in 1971 famed English designer Ossie Clark’s fashion show.

A melange of bright green and red, this shoe is poetry in motion; its long suede straps topped with luscious red berries and its 10-centimetre heels accentuating the silhouette. This exclusive shoe is also available in black.
