Touching and Powerful Photographs of Our President

This simple photograph is what gets me. It is why I feel confident in having a true man who cares about women taking care of this country and my rights.

The following photographs are from all over the world, showing how effective and important this election was to not only Americans but to people in EVERY SINGLE country. From China to Japan, to Brazil, and Africa (Check the picture of Barack’s step-grandmother in Africa and tell me if you don’t start tearing) it is inspiring to see how much this man has made a difference in the entire world’s lives.

This photograph above was posted by Mr. President himself and is one that Facebook users have “Liked” a staggering 3.1 million times, as of 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Facebook confirmed around 4 a.m. that the snapshot became the social network’s most popular picture by the time it had reached 2.1 million Likes.

Around the same time this Facebook photo was posted, the same photo and message were tweeted out from the president’s official Twitter account, @BarackObama. This post went on to become the most retweeted in Twitter’s history.
