Monday, April 26th, co-designers Heather Marie White and Jennifer Carol Kramer of Carol Marie celebrated the launch of their Fall 2010 jewelry collection at Avenue with guests that included actress Leighton Meester. The collection is an ethnic and antique-inspired range of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that are meant to be layered or worn as individual statement pieces for the well-traveled, sophisticated but downtown girl. Attendees enjoyed beverages from Pabst Blue Ribbon (yesssss) and a special intimate performance from Columbia Recording artist Cara Salimando

Heather White and Jennifer Kramer’s feminine and strong eye for mixing and matching eclectic pieces stems from White’s background working in the fashion department of W Magazine and Kramer’s market coverage of accessories at Marie Claire. Carol Marie will be carried at Pas De Deux, Henri Bendel and ShopBop.com for Fall 2010 as well as other high end retailers. Currently, Pas De Deux has exclusive styles from Carol Marie in store now as a preview of what is to come for Fall 2010.
