I am who I am– I am a blowout addict. I cannot control my incessant urge to have that dramatically voluminous, sexy hair that comes only with a proper blowout. I won’t lie to you, there are a lot of times I go with my own natural, messy waves out of ease or acknowledgment that natural has its own level of sexiness, but time and time again I find myself armed with nothing more than a dryer and a dream. Maybe it’s just because I was born in Jersey, but I just can’t be stopped.The blowout drug is a serious one, and has serious consequences like any other. The formula is a scientific marvel (in my humble, chemistry-loving opinion) that goes to work repairing tresses strand by strand. Special ingredients that make me think of NASA and people wearing lab coats actually fill in the nooks and crannies of damaged hair, giving each strand more strength and luster. Aside from smelling delish I noticed with just the first use that my hair was way easier to comb through post-wash, smoother to dry, and came out shiny as anything without ANY additional styling product. That might’ve been the biggest benefit– there was literally nothing more needed. No anti-frizz, weird serums, or sprays… just good hair standing alone. I got at least 5 compliments on the morning I debuted my post-CLEAR hair, and just about each and every person who had something to say all wanted to know one thing: why was my hair so shiny?
