Coney Island’s annual Mermaid Parade took place and we’ve rounded up our favorite mermaids.
If you didn’t know, mermaids are absolutely real. Where do they live? Coney Island. When do they come out? During Coney Island’s annual Mermaid Parade. This year, the parade celebrate it’s 32nd annual walk down Surf Avenue. Public drinking is suspended for the day which could explain while most girls are in pasties and guys are crafting coverups out of conch shells. It’s all in good fun. We don’t knock anything that allows us to have fun.
