Decor Spotting: Reading Nooks

Written by Gary

Regardless of trends in technology there is something to be said for the experience of cracking open a good book, snugging up on the couch with your slanket, and embarking on an adventure.

A lot of people say that reading actual books is a thing of the past. I actually just download everything I want to read to my phone nowadays, and read while I am in the bath (electrocution be damned). Regardless of trends in technology there is something to be said for the experience of cracking open a good book, snugging up on the couch with your slanket,  and embarking on an adventure.

In NY we don’t really have the room for a reading nook, but in houses around the country I swear it is actually a thing. If I had a house, the first thing I would build is a nice area to sit down and read books. People think that romance is dead, but these awesome reading nooks beg to differ.
