Double chin contour is a thing, so get on board.
There are days when a round shaped face holds the cute cherub look of your dreams, and there are days when you want angles that put your face into another dimension. For days when sharp angles are key, everyone could do with a little double chin contour. It’s basically the magic key for a razor-sharp face.
You’ll need a cool toned contouring powder and a brush to apply it with. We’re big fans of this extra long and flat brush from Japonesque because it makes contouring super speedy (this more compact blending brush by them works well, too).
If you don’t have a similar brush opt for the largest eyeshadow blending brush you have. The bigger the better for getting a realistic-looking result.
We opt for cool toned colors when doing double chin contour, it looks more realistically like a shadow! Stamp your brush into a cool contour and tap off any excess powder so you don’t go in heavy-handed.

Here’s the key for double chin contour, you need to focus on both the chin and the whole jawline to get a realistic looking effect. Place the brush right under your chin and draw backward following your jawline (this is even easier than leg contouring, right?).
Keep going until you’ve reached all the way to your ears.
Once you’ve got a jawline so sharp it could cut glass, then you can contour your chin. Start right on the bottom of your chin and draw backward.
Pull the contour color down your neck so it blends away into nothing.
Bam! The strongest jawline you’ve ever had in your life.
Bye bye cherub double chin! After you’ve mastered this, try our foot contour tutorial (#mindblowing).
