20% off Caroline Chu

My skin has been going WILD lately with the changing weather, and sleeping in my 80’s Aerobics Instructor Blush on Halloween ( i’m not proud of it–but I had a great costume!)

Thankfully, I tried out Caroline Chu’s amazing line of natural line of skincare products, and I was blown away with how drastic the improvement was in the look and feel of my skin, in only a couple of minutes! I couldn’t stop feeling my like-a-babies-bottom cheeks

Caroline’s philosophy is simple and refreshing. She wants natural products to be available at an affordable price- no muss- no fuss.
Her products:
1. undergo extensive research and development to utilize the most nourishing of natural ingredients.
2. are both gentle and effective for a range of skin types.
3. repair, nourish, and protect.
4. are ideal for busy women without the time for full-blown spa treatments and weekly facials.
5. can be depended on for superior, consistent quality at an affordable price.

First, I tried the Herbal Bamboo Facial Scrub– the smell alone made me happy to be scrubbing. The light feeling was foreign to the ‘scrub’ world, but it was so effective! Granules of ground bamboo & jojoba sloughed away the dead skin & impurities ( 80’s glitter) to make way for my other products to penetrate and do their thing, while aiding in the reversal of fine lines & wrinkles.

Next, I smoothed on the Enzyme Peel Concentrate . Papaya, cucumber, elderflower, chamomile, and orange rind extracts make this gentle, exfoliating peel is an instant must-have for at home facials. It wasn’t scary at all– usually the term ‘peel’ creeps me out- but the all natural ingredients were gentle and made my skin so smooth! After letting the peel sit for only 1 minute I rinsed off to find that my skin was reflecting light, with a moisturized (non-greasy) feel, and my blemishes were less red and noticeable.

The next day, after enjoying a day filled with plump, moisturized, beautious skin, I tried the AHA Renewal Mask. AHA- alpha hydroxy acids, also scare the willies out of me. The thought of putting acid on my face is not really comforting! However, since Caroline Chu is all natural, this mask uses fruit extracts to provide a NATURAL source of alpha hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate and purify skin by removing excess oil, dirt, and dead skin cells. The mask tightened my pores, after leaving on for 5-10 minutes, and gave my cheeks a rosy glow.

I am looking forward to a winter-long love affair with Caroline Chu’s herbal and afforable products. No matter how busy the holidays get, I will absolutely be able to fit in a 1-minute peel, or a 5 minute mask once a week- to give my skin a little pick me up. My skin has never looked so good!
