There is a river resort in Thailand that features awesome floating hotel rooms.
I have never been to Thailand, but I will pretty much go anywhere if there is a floating hotel room involved.
Located in Kanchanaburi, Thailand, the X2 River Kwai Resort draws its inspiration from the beautiful rivers around it, and has found a way to complement them architecturally. The resort is located on one of the gorgeous stretches of the Kwai Noi River in western Thailand.

The X-Float floating rooms were designed by Agaligo Studio to mimic the traditional floating homes elsewhere along the river, but with a modern aesthetic. Each room features a waterfront deck, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a rooftop lounge as well as access to the river-view restaurant, library, infinity pool, complimentary wifi, and bicycles so you can explore the countryside.
I don’t know about you, but I want to book this bitch immediately. I could really use a relaxing vacation right now, and there is nothing more relaxing than bobbing along with the gentle waves of a river in Thailand.
