Funky Frenchie Tights

Written by Vivianne

Brainchild of m+o, a funky design duo from Normandie, we introduce Les Queues de Sardines hosiery.

I like to dress simple and to keep it classy, but once every other season I just need to indulge in a truly unique and quirky accessory to add a bit of edge to my style, even if I have to order it online from Europe and pay for shipping. That’s what happened when I discovered Les Queues de Sardines (translation: anchovy tails) and immediately acquired a few pairs from their their whimsical Spring/Summer 2010 collection.

Each delicate pair of stockings is hand screen printed and adorned with funky graphics. Sometimes elegant, sometimes trashy, they range from Cyclopes to varicose veins and always have a touch narrative humor, which I totally fell for.

Here are some of my favorite pairs!
