Raise your hand if you’re not afraid to take a taxi and/or the subway to Brooklyn!!
….No? No one at all? Even if there’s art? And a DJ? And food & drinks? Live music?
Pussies.
My next door neighbor, Crest Hardware, is kicking off a season of art shows with Crest Fest 2009 this Saturday, June 13th. This is the eighth summer that Crest Hardware, dubbed the store that has “art and soul” by The Daily News, has sponsored the neighborhood’s art fest.
If you’re ready to man up and cross into the ominous borough of Brooklyn, join Ashley and I for a beautiful Saturday afternoon in an attempt to beautify and bocce-fy Macri Park, the triangular isle that resides on the ever-popular Union Avenue in Williamsburg.
June 13th, 1PM to 9PM. Crest Hardware is located at 558 Metropolitan Avenue, Macri Park is located on the corner of Metropolitan and Union Avenues.
I WANNA!
Please do!
yay, come!
