One of my favorite beauty trends this year is definitely funky neon hair extensions. I love the idea of just dying a few sections of my hair bright blue, but, like most of us, I’m a very important business person (served with a side of sarcasm) and I can’t just walk around with blue hair. But I can clip in hair extensions for the weekend and relive my middle school glory days – and we want you to have some cool extensions, too!
Comment below, tweet at us, post on our Facebook, or send a telefax: Which beauty trend would you like to see make a comeback? (Blue mascara!)? Tell us for a 1 in 5 chance to win a Funky Streak Blasts by Milani Hair ($14.99 value!)!

I think the trend that should come back is lipstick with a heavy metallic finish. I used to LOOOOOOOOOOVE a color called Metal Flame by Shiseido. I’ve never EVER seen another color like it. It was HOTTTTTTTTTTT.
I miss some of those roll on scents I wore as a teenager..and those leather hair barrettes with a stick through them? Loved them.
I’d actually like to see curly hair come back in style! Not frizzy perms from the 80’s, but nice curly hair. We see so much straight hair that it would be nice to see something different.

Head bands
Crimped hair! I’ve always held onto my crimper from the 80s, just hoping it would come back in… lol
I would love to see the asymmetrical Bob come back! Remember long pointed hair in the front and shorter in the back!

Tights. I’m sorry but my legs are too pasty to be bare.
I would like to see funky makeup come back like Revlon’s Street Wear from the 90’s.
The Shoulder Pads would be interesting.
I’m bringing pantyhose back (at least in the winter with closed toe shoes) I’ll still go bare with sandals because pantyhose with them always was STUPID.
Ladyboarder9669: I still have my crimper too! LOL
For metallic finish lipstick – Kat Von D makes a red and a pink foil finish
I think funky makeup will always be on trend. The only reason it may have gone away for me is – it’s no longer my time to make this statement – best left to younger, less lined skin. MAC, Urban Decay, MUFE, Illamasqua all create funky makeup.
