Spotting a fashion blogger in a big city is akin to identifying a specific species of bird in a vast forest. There are certain distinguishing markings that allow you to discern the elusive fashion blogger. They are most commonly found in their natural habitats of New York City or LA. Below are features to look for when going fashion-blogger-watching. Consider it your sartorial Audubon manual. (All illustrations via Sh*t Bloggers Wear)
The Zara Culotte, most commonly seen in white, black, or cobalt.
The Balenciaga Centuire High Derby Shoe. Its masculinity is often juxtaposed with a more feminine garment when seen in their natural habitat.
The I <3 Nueva York tee, as well as graphic tops of a similar nature [see below].
The Homiés sweatshirt, in the style of Hermès. May also be seen as a Féline sweatshirt, in the style of Céline.
A Céline bag. Note: be mindful, as non-fashion bloggers are slowly adapting the Céline bag trait to their species.
