Jumping for SoyJoy

While I’ve always been a proponent of eating natural and whole foods, there are times in all of our lives when sitting down for a real meal (or even a real snack) is impossible. And although I still always prefer (from a nutritional standpoint anyway) to eat fresh foods, I now know that when that isn’t possible I can at least find a healthy alternative in SoyJoy bars.

Baked with soy, fruit, and other all-natural ingredients, these bars are low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, making them the perfect mid-day pick-me-up. Plus, they’re high in calcium, zinc, magnesium and iron, boast of antioxidant-rich isoflavones, contain all nine essential amino acids, and are low on the Glycemic Index, meaning your energy won’t spike and crash (so you won’t find yourself clawing at the vending machine a couple hours later).

If you think it sounds too good to be true, just wait till you taste them!

Seriously, jumping for SoyJoy here.

Alexis

a twenty-something West Villager with her Masters from Columbia. She has an unhealthy obsession with ripped jeans (which she wears even when conventionally inappropriate), wishes Christmas decorations stayed up year-round (even though she is Jewish), and is in desperate pursuit of thick Brook-Shields-like eyebrows (which she was genetically denied). She loves anything with horses, is addicted to pilates, and could wander around Sephora for hours.
