Kentucky Crunk Cup

Here at TheLuxurySpot, every day is Casual Friday. We can wear jeans proudly, and sneakers with pride.  So how do we celebrate our Fridays?  By gettin’ crunk.  Not completely dancing on our desks with our skirts as hats crunk, but we enjoy a wee Heiny mini keg while e-mailing, to gear up for the weekend ahead.

This week, we have been lucky enough to not only celebrate Friday, casual drinking, and life as a whole…but we are able to celebrate the fact that there are jobs that MAY BE equally as fun as ours, in the world. “  In the words those who are filling this position: “Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby is hiring for the best “job” in America. This job involved most of my favorie things. Drinking, Gambling and Partays. Basically, this dream job is titled as the ever important Chief Party Officer (CPO)- “The leader of The People’s Party,” “The Anti-CEO,” “The Counter-Culture Hero” – essentially he’s a big “FU” to the CEOs in the expensive boxes above, looking down at the infield below – who are shouting “We have our own leader now!” The sole function of the CPO is to party.” Sounds like a nice way to pass the time at work?
