Meet Your Local Nudist: First Edition

Written by Bryce

We’re starting a new tradition around here… every now and then we’ll be introducing you to a nudist. Why?  Why the hell not?

The truth is, we celebrate feeling good at TheLuxurySpot.com, and who better to learn from than a heap of nudists across the nation.

We’ll start with Liz Langley, a 40-something year old lovely lady from Orlando, Florida.

TLS: What’s your favorite nude activity?:

Liz: Swimming! Nothing is better than gliding through the pool naked on a really hot day – it’s such a freeing, refreshing feeling.

TLS: Name one thing you find hard to do while nude:

Liz: Aerobics. 🙂

TLS: Do you ever wear lingerie to get into the mood? Or is that pointless for you as a nudist?:

Liz: I love love love lingerie, love getting dressed up in general.  Florida is so hot that people tend to dress very informally, which makes chance to get dressed up that much more fun.

Or I could just be an exhibitionist who likes either being naked OR totally costumed. 🙂

TLS: Are you currently in a relationship?  With a nudist? If not, do you only date other nudists? :

Liz: I’m not in a relationship and don’t have any Nudists-Only policy about dating, though it’s always nice when people are open to trying it out. Come to think of it, if I was dating someone, I think I’d be fine with being the only person who sees them naked.

TLS: Where do nudists in your area gather to socialize?  Do they have vinyl seats?:

Liz: Cypress Cove in Kissimmee, FL (very close to Disney World) where I did the Guinness World Record skinny dip. I love the Cove – they have two great pools, a nice little restaurant at poolside (called “Cheeks” – actually they have another restaurant but I’ve never been there; am happy with wings & beer) and the people I’ve met there are great – nice, respectful, friendly. I can’t remember the seat cover material (funny question, though!) but I think it’s common nudist courtesy to bring a towel to use as a seat cover – like Douglas Adams says, you should always know where your towel is.  😉
