There’s something inherently cool about origami. The combination of the already-awesome perception of Japanese culture and the fact that flat paper can become some incredible life-like bird makes it my top foreign culture paper art form. And now I can wear it in metal around my neck- yay!

I saw some origami lotus flower and orchid pendants a while back that were gorgeous. There was a cute shop in SoHo where I once bought a paper airplane necklace. Folded paper in metal form = Awesome.
