I love a good PB & J sandwich, but I love a peanut butter smoothie even more. Okay, I love anything that takes two minutes to make even more. Recipe and image via Joy The Baker.
Ingredients:
1 banana, mashed or cut into chunks (frozen bananas will create a colder smoothie)
1/2 cup yogurt
¼ cup all-natural peanut butter
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
big pinch freshly grated nutmeg
2 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 ½ cups cold almond milk
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
