Piaget Stone-Face Watches Will Rock Your Wrist

Written by Bryce

Expect this to be the big watch trend of 2011/2012

For the past few years the going trends in watches haven’t changed much. We’ve seen the typical chunky, masculine look (a la your Dad’s Rolex), the dainty, femme look, and a lot of the “hey, I play sports and I thought I’d make that clear by wearing this rubber-banded watch.” The new look in town is about to be the stone-faced watches of the 1960’s and 70’s, and we’re looking to luxe makers like Piaget to set the pace.

Stone faces add an unexpected element of texture and surprise, and create a little conversation piece atop your hand. Piaget’s edition will be available in 18k white or rose gold, complete with diamonds on the bezel. And really, who doesn’t need a few more diamonds on their bezel?
