weight issues

I am no scientist, but I do know that everyone in the world has at least one body image issue. The problem with changing our appearances dramatically (whether we are gaining or losing weight) is that out new outsides don’t match our insides. You can lose 200 lbs and dramatically change your life (not to mention your thong size) but if you don’t take care of your mind and get some help to adjust to your new body, your insecurities will not go away.

In fact, your insecurities will probably get worse. Now that you have a new body, you probably find it very easy to obsess about losing it. Before, all you had to lose was weight. Now, you have pride, health, and all the self esteem points you gained by accomplishing your goal. Many times, girls who lose a lot of weight find it difficult to talk about anything else. This is super annoying, especially to us gays.

So, if you want to lose weight, I say go for it! But don’t be afraid to seek psychological help to aid you in adjusting to your new dress size. Otherwise, you may be the skinniest girl in the world, but you will also be the loneliest, because nobody will want to be around your tiny, complaining ass.
